These artifacts were collected in 1977 in a village in Papua New Guinea, outside of Goroka, in the eastern highlands. GMT Productions was filming a true life
story at the time. I traded a New Swiss Army Knife
for some of the items with Chief Sunupla who
had them as his own personal possessions.
